- Additional Charges
- Internet access and communication fees required to access the website and receive the reading PDF are borne by the customer.
- Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit card payments processed via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club, where supported by Stripe).
- Payment Timing
- Payment is collected at the time of order placement through the Stripe-hosted checkout page.
- Service Delivery Timing
- The reading is delivered as a PDF via email within 7 business days after both (a) payment confirmation and (b) submission of the intake form by the customer. If the customer does not respond to the confirmation email within 48 hours, work will begin based on the information already provided.
- Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Due to the personalized and bespoke nature of the service, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted once the reading work has commenced (i.e., once the practitioner has begun composing the reading). Cancellation requests received before the reading work has commenced will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted via the support page or email address listed above.
